Technology, research and environmental protection are all priority areas for us and are a daily challenge for transforming ideas into action.
More than fifty years ago the entrepreneurial spirit, tenacity and skills of two friends, Giuseppe Ballanti and Ferdinando Tura, started the what was to become the history of the Baltur company. In the highly dynamic economy of post war Italy, they grasped the opportunities provided by a rapidly evolving market to develop new ideas in the heating sector.
For good ideas to come to fruition, the right men are needed in the right place at the right time. It was just at this moment that Ballanti and Tura's path crossed that of the Fava family. The brothers Augusto, Lino and Arturo Fava, had already made their mark in process plant engineering in the years immediately after the war, starting out from a small workshop to rapidly develop into a leader name in that sector. It was to the Fava family, and in particularly to Augusto, that Ballanti and Tura turned with their offer of working in partnership. |
